01What exactly is free?

Every day, you can complete three full conversations shared across your German and Spanish courses. No card is needed, and free access does not expire.

02When do I need Premium?

When the shared daily allowance is not enough or you want free conversation. Premium opens both courses for €5 every 30 days and renews until you cancel.

03What counts as one conversation?

One complete rehearsal of your chosen situation: usually 3–5 answers from you and about five minutes of practice.

04Is this a German course?

No. Sprango does not promise German in a month or issue certificates. It rehearses one specific conversation with you.

05What if I can barely say anything?

Start at A1. Sprango asks a short question and, when needed, shows a phrase you can start with.

06Does Sprango assess pronunciation?

No. It helps with grammar, word choice and natural phrasing. There is no separate pronunciation score at the moment.

07What happens to voice messages?

Audio is processed for speech recognition. Temporary audio files are deleted afterwards; the current conversation context is stored only for a limited time. See the Privacy Policy for details.

08Do I need to install an app?

No. All practice happens in Telegram.
